Extended Stay America Suites - North Chesterfield - Arboretum

The staff and the environment of the hotel. When you first enters the Lobby it smells so refreshing. And then the frontdesk guy Aden he was very polite and kind to all the customers standing on the front desk. The room was all set and cleaned. Really liked my stay here in Richmond.

The lobby and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Frontdesk employees are really kind. They also provide kitchen amenities which is really great. Felt like home to me.

Well appointed room, clean, no odors, quiet, very helpful staff, easy access

The staff was very nice and helpful. I love that they allow 4 legged family members to stay also. The room was very clean

Breakfast is pretty limited. No fresh fruit. Only granola bar and something I don’t remember. But I have stayed before and I knew that going in.
